Wow, #2 was a a lot more than I would have ever expected to see in a sneak peak... must mean the 'other foot' will drop within the next couple seconds right after this scene ends...

The paintings behind Olivia in the bar.

One is a woman with blonde hair siting at a piano(?) Red background
The other, harder to see, is a woman with dark hair on a cliff(?) Blue Background

http://tinypic.com/r/1435h1/7

Almost like role reversal; the blonde is the seductress and the brunette is in despair(?)

Q: Should viewers trust Sam Weiss (Kevin Corrigan)?

WYMAN: You know, don’t trust that Weiss.

PINKNER: If anybody unfurrowed the anagram that was on the chalkboard in Walter’s lab on the other side, it said, “Don’t trust Sam Weiss.”

WYMAN: Sam is a character that I feel safe in saying still has many, many, many, many layers to reveal. His motivations will become clearer and you’ll get a better understanding. We’re not going to keep pushing it down the line and not answering it because that frustrates everyone. You’re going to find out about him. Hopefully, it will be something that you don’t see coming.

Q: What is going on with Peter being all dark and killing shape-shifters and lying to Olivia?

PINKNER: He will come clean to her soon enough.

WYMAN: There’s a reason.

Q: Will it be this season?

PINKNER: Oh, yes.

Q: How is she going to handle that type of betrayal?

PINKNER: That’s what we’re building a story around. As far as she’s concerned, the biggest betrayal was the fact that he was sleeping with a different version of her and didn’t realize it. All of these other smaller betrayals cascaded from that. He has reason to be more specifically concerned by what the shape-shifters are doing than anybody else on our show. There’s a drawing of him standing inside that machine, so he’s got questions and, by nature, he’s a character who, for years, has only relied on himself.

WYMAN: He only had himself to trust, but then he’s thrust into this situation where he has no knowledge and he’s basically reacting. He’s been reacting since he came on the scene. So, he let go of a certain amount of control in his life, to be a part of this family and to actually go down the road, and then realized he’s in the nucleus of this entire thing that’s happening. He doesn’t have any answers, and this season was always going to be a season about self-actualization for a lot of the characters. This is the beginning of those steps.

PINKNER: The truth is that, every one of us, as human beings, even in a committed relationship, has moments and thoughts and actions that, whether or not they share them with their loved one, tells you, as much as anything, about them as people and their relationship. We’re going to explore that between these two characters.

Love the promos. Yeah, I also thought they were gonna show us some interaction between Peter and Olivia when they were kids. But this seems more on the Epic side than I ever imagined. :)

The only thing is that why don't they remember each other now? By the time you are 10 or 11 years old, you usually remember people you've met as a child. :S

We know that Walter and Bell went to great lengths to make the cortexifaners forget...only Nick Lane remembered prior to being "activated"...we also know Peter that Walter put Peter in deep hypnosis so he wouldn't remember his dreams...also during season 1 he started to remember that Walter shocked him with the car battery

But it is interesting to see how this flash back ties in to everything.

That makes sense Darth. I kind of forgot that the Walter did make the kids forget all the experiments. This second video may be the clue to why Peter was hypnotized by Walter since Peter was becoming suicidal. This should be a another good episode leading up to the finale!!

You know at first I thought it was suicidal too, but really--I think he is trying to get home. He remembers that he fell through the lake...he might think that falling through it again is the way home...which is sort of interesting because Olivia is able to that with the tanks...but poor Peter and poor Elisabeth.

I think this one is going to be a really good one.

So this "hypnosis" (of which I can't remember for some reason) must have happened after this episode - in time? Peter obviously knows something there but didn't know he was from the other side until recently. Am I thinking correctly?

Yeah. It's never shown only mentioned...But yeah this flashback seems to take place shortly after he was stolen and so there are things that happened that he has yet to remember...Here the transcripts from a couple of episodes:

2x05 "Dream Logic"

PETER: Actually, it was one of the rare occasions in my childhood that walter was helpful. He taught me to condition myself. Every night before I went to sleep I had to say a mantra in my head. "Please don't dream tonight. Please don't dream tonight. Please don't dream tonight."
OLIVIA: Did that work?
PETER: Well, you can't stop yourself from dreaming, but it did make it so that I didn't remember. From the age of eight to almost nineteen... don't remember a single dream. No more nightmares.

1 x07 "In Which We Meet Mr. Jones"

WALTER: Yes. Well, the – the trouble was, he had a shockingly low electro-sensitivity. When I turned on the machine, it instantly fried is brain like an egg. Everyone has the unique tolerance to electrical stimulation. Mine for instance, is remarkably high. Yours Peter -- unusually low. As for our friend here, we don’t know. Too little current and won’t work. Too much, and we will overcook his brain - so I will have..
PETER: You ~ used to do this to me. You attached wires to car batteries and then you would shock me.
WALTER: Yes, I was accumulating data.
PETER: No, you are experimenting on me.

WALTER: Son, we’re ready. First we must test if this will register any brain activity. And this will indicate if he’s transmitting any thoughts to you. Since he’s dead, Peter, you’ll obviously have to be his ears and mouth. Eventually, we’ll connect this to your head. (to Farnsworth) Okay dear, we’re ready. Turn it on. Try two hundred micro-volts!

3x15 "Subject 13 Canadian Promo:
http://www.spoilertv.com/2011/02/fringe-episode-315-subject-13-canadian.html

Mega Buzz:
Will the "over there" Fringe division ever find out about Alt-Broyles' death? —Harrison
NATALIE: Alt-Broyles, who was killed helping Olivia escape, "didn't die in vain," executive producer Jeff Pinkner says, adding that his death will become a focal point this season. "Olivia's commitment to him is going to come back into play," he says.

Taken from: SpoilerTV http://www.spoilertv.com/2011/02/mega-b ... z1EnF20Tcf

Actually in "Immortality" they do know he is dead, but maybe she means how he died? -But at any rate I already see his death a big missing lynch pin, as Lincoln Lee really has to step up. At any rate I am glad the producers will make this more focal.

Spoiler-ish Set Report!
Thanks to Kate for the following.

I stumbled across this person's tumblr after clicking on a link via Twitter. Very spoilery, but first hand account of an "over there" Fringe episode that featured Peter, Walter and Nina. This person also had interesting conversations with production assistants.

You can read the report here.

Make sure you let us know in the comments what you think.
