Latest From EW:
Is Leonard Nimoy ever coming back to Fringe? — James
I get this question pretty much every week. So I recently posed it verbatim to exec producers Jeff Pinkner and Joel H. Wyman. “Leonard is going to play — sorry to tease this — but Leonard is going to play an unexpected role in the show,” Pinkner said. Wyman agreed coyly, “Right.” These two are geniuses … but they also make my brain hurt.

Oh, boy I can only think they mean something off the wall, like how Bell most likely is in the form of Olivia's step father, or That niffty theory about Sam Weiss being another version of Bell could turn out spot on! I guess we have to wait and see about this...

I saw somewhere online that Leonard Nimoy had accepted a speaking role for Transformers 3(?) I think this was the one... Anyway, I think he is suppose to do a voice for one of the machines.

I would love to see him back on Fringe as himself but I have a feeling that won't happen anymore with his "death". I'm not sure how I feel about him taking over Sam's body but if that would keep this actor on the show longer, I'd go for it! First, we need an explanation of who exactly Sam Weiss really is. :D

Oh, I never thought of Bell going into Sam's body?! :) :w00t: -I was referring to a theory that Sam was already another version of Bell (I can't remember our forum member's name who came up with that one, but I thought it was a good one)

I would love to see or even hear Nimoy too. Maybe in the finale (I can't say why, but I do have a reason in which we could see him)

Speaking of Sam Weiss....

I was glad that they said the Observers are there own thing, but not to say that the first people can't be similar to them...it was also nice to know they haven't forgotten about the child Observer and the idea some of wondered about them being replaced.

I feel like the war could have been started between the Observers and the first people...it might explain John Mosley and how he knew of Robert Bishop...It would excellent if the first people could time and/or reality travel too!

These videos are always so much fun to watch! I'm also glad that those guys basically confirmed that The Observers aren't the First People and are a whole different group. Yeah, maybe Mosley is one of the First People and we just didn't know it back in season 1. :) That would be interesting. But I wonder why and how a war would be started between the First People and The Observers? I always thought that maybe the First People died out long ago due to something they did to themselves/extinction(?). I just think the Observers have always been "observing" and not interfering with anyone until now.

I can't wait for that story line of Nina and Sam Weiss!! :w00t: Those two have to be the most mysterious characters we've meet on Fringe to date...other than the Observers of course. Things are looking great as we go into the finale of season 3 and on to another year of Fringe!! :D

I keep thinking that the first people aren't originally from the blue reality, that they created (reset-time travel) it and died in the blue's past...But now the producers suggested it's possible they could also time and/or reality travel like the Observers makes me think that is even more likely...I mean they could have just even hidden the tech her and left at some point, but just to the people of the blue time line it looks like they died out, but that might not nessecarily be the case, if they just eventually decided to leave--if they can.

With the BSG and Caprica referencesI also feel stronger that the Observers were created by humanity and perhaps they turned on the first people--or turned on other people that existed at the times of the first people (the first people could just be a particular group--and not the only people from their times -like a political party--or religious/spiritual group)

But Once again I am glad the P and W brought some of this stuff back up and I am really existed for the last four episodes of the season! :D

Hey everyone, just wanted to stop in and let you know I haven't dropped off the face of the earth. I am traveling abroad, I'm going to a wedding and playing tourist and we have no time to play online. I will be back at the end of next week. I will try to think of some truly insightful posts when I return!

What can we expect from the Fringe finale? — Rob
Spoiler (Click to reveal/hide)
If Fringe exec producers Jeff Pinkner and Joel H. Wyman’s teases turn out to be true, the three-episode arc (beginning April 22) that closes out this season will likely send theorists into a tailspin. “Pretty much every question anyone had this season will get answered,” Pinkner says. “If we do our jobs correctly, we’ll make people look at the entire season through a different perspective.”

Loved the interview with Jasika and the CityTV guy! She is always worried she will be killed off somehow during each new episode!

Nice to hear that Blair B. is going to be directing next season.

Like the cool shades Josh is wearing for the next episode too. :D

Got any scoop on this week's episode of Fringe? — Charlie
NATALIE: Is it a coincidence that "Brown Betty," last season's musical episode, was Episode 219, one of the most experimental in Fringe's history, and this Friday's episode, No. 319, is titled "Lysergic Acid Diethylamide," aka the full name of LSD? Nope! Is it also a coincidence that William Bell (Leonard Nimoy) has a presence in both episodes? Maybe not, but it's certainly odd, his being dead and all. Intrigued? Watch this trippy promo.

I can't wait until it's finally Friday!! This episode looks like it is going to be SO much fun to watch.

I never heard about fans sending in Red Vines to FOX. I wonder if it was a huge amount or just a small group of worried fans sending it? Great idea though. :)

I noticed that last weeks episode on FOX was the repeat of "Brown Betty". I thought this was an interesting choice since I would assume tptb would replay the previous episode instead. Maybe it was just to get everyone in the mood for something crazy this week or a possible connection?? :hmm:

I didn't know about the vines either O.o .

I think Brown Betty sets the mood, but also the frame of mind we should be in. Brown Betty already has had SO many parallels of things we have seen this season, that I can only hope there are easter eggs hidden and/or exposed in 'the cracks' of Olivia's mind giving us insight into both the past and the future of things presented in the up and coming season 4. ;) It's Finally FRINGE FRIDAY! :D

Who's ready to take a field trip?!

God, I hated Brown Betty so much. I'm sorry, but no amount of foreshadowing and hidden clues can make up for that episode.
