Didn't get home until very late tonight. I will give some feedback but not a whole recap because the recap should be out any time now.

I liked the episode. Really liked that Derek looked out for Cristina while not trying to get right in there and tell her what to do.

Starts with Jackson having screaming nightmares and Lexie wakes him. They are all sleeping during the day because they are on the night shift. April is very annoying and chipper. Everyone else stubbles around. Derek comes home and tells Mer that he got the Phillips grant for Alzheimers research and Mark is throwing a little celebration at Joe's. Derek spends the rest of the evening, at Joes, watching out for Cris. She is bartending but then Joe fires her for drinking on the job. She continues to party with some big group of guys. Der says if she's going to act like a stripper then he's going to be the bouncer and make sure she doesn't leave with anyone. At the end Owen finishes work and Der called him to come get Cris and take her home. Owen arrives, throws Cris over his shoulder and takes her home. Later we see Cris throwing up and Owen holding her hair while she is being sick.

The group at the bar is Mark, Der, Callie, Bailey & then Teddy shows up after apparently having a disaster of a date. They all proceed to get drunk except Der. Teddy tells Callie she should go to Africa because Arizona is an idiot and dating sucks. Callie says she's not going to Africa. Mark says she needs some sexual palate cleansing. Bailey calls it sexual sorbet. Mark points out a red head that's been checking Callie out and Callie goes for it. Turns out the girl was only admiring Callies hair. The group breaks up. Mark takes Callie home and puts her to bed on the couch. Later, Mark gets up for a drink of water and Callie gets up and tells him she wants sexual sorbet. They start to fool around. Shows Mark sleeping and Callie staring at the ceiling. Teddy wanders the halls of the hospital because Joe took her keys. Bailey who is really drunk goes to the hospital to lie down until she sobers up. April finds her and starts a banana bag IV then questions Bailey about her 2 patients that have superglued themselves together because the boy was going to have to move with his family the next day. April can't get the superglue off. She's also ignoring Alex completely. Bailey rambles on about needing to call Ben because she has needs and he could satisfy them. Then she goes off on April about being a virgin. Tells her that Alex is not the man to take her maiden voyage with. She needs to find a nice boy, someone like Ben. Someone who will love her enough to superglue himself to her. Then she tells April how to get the superglue off her patients. When Bailey wakes up April is acting like they are buddies now and Bailey tells her that this never happened.

Mer is put on the new peds doc Snark's service and he tells her not to call him. She has a boy who has really bad post op pain and so she calls Stark. He comes in all mad because she interrupted his dinner. He says the boy has gas and leaves. The boy gets worse and Mer and Alex run some tests that show that the boy has a perforated ulcer and needs surgery. Page Stark and no answer. Alex/Mer have to take the kid to surgery and do it themselves. After that Stark comes in yelling and letting them have it that they shouldn't have done anything to the boy. The chief is watching through the window and just shakes his head at Stark. He smiles at Mer/Alex like he approves of what they did.

2 brothers come into the ER and they tried to outrun a train. Riley is really bad and he dies. They take Lucas to surgery. He's critical but eventually they get him stable. After Hunt leaves Avery tells Lexie that she should tell the parents to watch out for survivors guilt because one brother died and Lucas lived. Lucas will be glad he lived but everytime he thinks about that he will hate himself and feel guilty. He won't want to talk about it. It's obvious that Avery is talking about himself.

Shows the group on the ride home from the hospital. April takes Alex's pizza and is talking to him now. Everyone else really tired. Mer is getting in bed while Der is getting up to go to work.

Pretty good. I enjoyed it. Bailey was really hilarious while she was drunk.

Really enjoyed Disarm - although it was a bit weird with all the singing.

I really hoped there'd be more of a twist/investigation to see which patient was the shooter though.

And come onn Callie and Arizona!

I really loved Golden Hour!! Really great seeing Meredith go from chirpy to down in an hour. And then she has to do it all over again. It really makes you think about the work Doctors do.

Mer + Cris were awesome, as always, this ep

The elevator scene was so funny :PP
