I just heard on the tv that 8 people have escaped from a prison in Mississippi. I do not have a link yet because it just happened minutes ago, but I'll try to add it if I see one.

The story reminds me sooo much of Prison Break, and I thought it would be fun to follow it here. As of now, all I know is 8 people have excaped.

Holy Sh*t this is freaky.

Its 8 men, including a convicted murderer (T-bag anyone?..) and one has been captured (Westmoreland..).
7 are still on the run.

Here's to hoping they all get caught before they do some real damage.

Yes, this was hilarious...And it was two guys that escaped the prison, the second one
is from Albania I think. And as don't live very far from the prison I heard the helicopter making
rounds above our heads for a long time before the escape and the police didn't even
have the time to check this out?And there was a history of escape with the same
person and the same way of escape (helicopter) ....

Maybe the writers of PB where inspired by the first escape of Paleokostas(June 2006) to write episode 3.08 "Bang and Burn"
AHHH!Greece is writing History again:"Greek Police:STUPIDITY IS INVINCIBLE!"

It appears as if only one escapee is still on the loose.

The search continued Tuesday for 19-year-old Eric Ball who had been in jail since June 12 on charges of breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.

There was a blurb yesterday on the news, i couldnt beleive it and to now find out that it was hsi second time, WoW!!

I also looked him up and he is actually know as Robin to the poor :) Seems he was originally in prison due to a kidnapping of a wealthy industrialist, and gave most of the ransom money to poor families.

Before the kidnapping he had done quite a few robberies and it's true that from where he is(Karditsa) local people see him as a hero(Robin!) and it was rumoured that they were hiding him from the police after his previous escape(2006)...!!!

Well, I doubt these guys are good people or as nice as the guys on Prison Break, so that's good that most of them got caught and that the only one who didn't is just breaking and entering rather than murder/kidnapping or anything.
