There's been some speculation about one of the two younger lads seen on set wearing pyjamas playing "Younger Benjamin" too. I've also heard that it's set on a Victorian type planet rather than in Victorian England, not sure what the difference will be mind.

There was also some talk about a strange shaped greenscreen prop being used yesterday, turns out that a sharks head will be appearing at some point

Benedict Cumberbatch hints at Who?

I was just starting to think that he would make a good next doctor then I find this snippet from his Sherlock interview :O Some people are speculating that he could be the next Master, but I'm wondering if he could play Omega or whomever else is behind the cracks in the last series :hmm:

Neil Gaimen has finished the 7th draft of his script - http://twitter.com/neilhimself/status/19892585401

I really hope he's finally got the budget down to a reasonable level, it's an episode I've really been looking forward to

haha :P

I'm expecting it to be his usual take of mixing 'fairytale/otherworld' with real world, he's an absolute master at mixing them together seamlessly

Have you managed to find Good Omens yet Icey? I'm imagining something like that or Neverwhere for his episode.

Moffat answered a DW question in a recent Sherlock interview with Den of Geek

It’s been said if all this goes to plan, that there’s going to be more Sherlock. How does that fit with balancing your own workload? Are you keen to write more of these? Have you worked out how many episodes of Doctor Who you’re writing for next year?

I’m doing the Christmas special plus five, so it’s the same. Six again.

Six, including the Christmas special?

Yeah. I’m basically following what Russell did. Having worked out the sums and worked out how he does it, I thought that’s a perfect way of doing it.

But there is a no way of balancing this. The last year has been extraordinary. I’ve had about four days off, and that includes Christmas day. I work every weekend, I get up early in the morning, I go to bed late at night. There is no way of balancing it.

It’s extraordinary, but it’s great fun too! Great fun, so long as it doesn’t kill me.

You don't know the story of Scrooge?

Watch the Patrick Stewart version. It's fantastic.

Or maybe you'd be more suited for the Muppets version ;)

Nah thanks, I'm refusing anything that has "Christmas" in its title.

Albert Finney's musical rendition is my favorite.
