That looks sweet. I've got a BlackBerry 8700g. Definitely a "crackberry."

I've got a Sony Ericsson K550i from about a year ago. It does the job :) Image

I wouldn't have the iPhone though - Way to much to pay every month. That's why I got the iPod Touch instead ;)

Yea I work with some people who have the Crackberry and they always try to tell me their phone is better. I guess if the Thunder does everything promised they might actually be able to convince me!

I am proud to say that:

-I do not own a cell phone
-I do not need a cell phone
-I do not want a cell phone

Sadly, Mrs. G-Man does not share my values and continues to try and convince me otherwise.

I think I just broke a rib I laughed so hard at that.

I've got the Black Jack 2

I had the BB 8700 with ATT but kept having issues with it so I switched to the BJ 1. Got the 2 when my hubby ran over the 1 with the lawnmower. (don't ask! =P). My only complaint is the case is too shiney - lots of prints. The new wheel's great though.

((And G-Man - I wish I was like that. :( I HAVE to use mine EVERYDAY for work. St00pid engineers and their st00pid crackberries.))

I adore it. It's incredibly stable, the email is pushed, and it has everything I need. And I can't tell you how often I grab it to Google something when I'm out and about. I paid for some really cool software add-ons, too, which just make it even more perfect.

The only thing my model doesn't have is a camera (no biggie -- I'm a photographer so a camera phone isn't a priority for me) or GPS support (but I have a GPS unit that I love, so...).

I've actually posted here at the forum using my BlackBerry. I don't think I'll ever leave the BB family.

Have you seen the Thunder? It's going to be touch screen though initial reviewers don't like it much, it still looks pretty cool.

Haven't seen it yet. But the idea of the first touch-screen BB is... weird.

ETA: Just Googled it. Looks like it'll be a lifetime exclusive for Verizon, and I'm on T-Mobile (and quite with happy with them), so...

DH has a firs gen iPhone. It really is a handy and awesome piece of technology. I have a pick Sony Walkman phone which is neat and it safe because if I had an iPhone I would have shattered it already.

<----- drops phone alot. :(

I used to have a Sony Ericsson K300i, got it about 3 and a half years ago, but it slipped out of my pocket a couple of days ago, so I don't have one at the moment. :(

I dislike most touch screens, personally, because of fingerprints and the screens tend to go ape-poo sooner than normal models. Although apparently the IPhone hasn't had NEAR the amount of touch screen issues most do - so maybe the tech's better now? The touch BB might just be worth it.

I hear the instinct is good, but I'm ATT and I think think they carry it.

I've been wanting to try out the Pantech Duo. I just like the idea of it.

One thing I'll say about the Black Jack's... it's one hardy little thing. I dropped my BJ1 at least 1000 times - got it wet - etc with no issues. That's how it got ran over with the lawn mower, I dropped it in the yard on the way in and didn't realize it. lol
